It's frilly. Fabulous. (And our fastest-selling new sandal.) With butter-soft suede ruffles that form flowers on your feet, the FROU is a beauty. Bright, fun, monochrome colours, on our famous ultra-ergonomic Microwobbleboard midsole.

FitFlop footwear is built with patent-pending, biomechanically engineered Microwobbleboard midsoles. Originally designed to activate leg muscles more, studies show they also offer excellent shock absorption and instant relief from underfoot pressure.

FitFlop footwear has the potential to increase muscle activity duration and workload, so should be used progressively. This product is built on the slimmed-width version of our muscle-toning Microwobbleboard midsole and is best-suited to slim-to-average width feet!

INSTEP SIZING INFORMATION
FitFlop footwear only comes in whole sizes. If your feet fall somewhere between, opt up a size if you have wide feet or a high instep, and down if you have narrow feet or a low instep. In the US, most people size down to the nearest whole size. In the rest of the world, people generally size up. The upper bands on the FitFlop sandals do NOT stretch.

FIT
To ensure these SANDALS fit, take 20-30 brisk walking steps in them, then look at your heels to make sure they are not being pushed off the back of the footbed. If they are, the upper straps are too tight across your instep and you need to SIZE UP (if a size up seems too long for your foot, please try another style of our sandals).

Note: It is normal to have some space between your toes and the front of the sandal.
